BIO

Hi, I'm Austin Farmer. I'm an author, musician, and filmmaker living in San Diego, California. My short story, Beethoven's Baton, is featured in BAKER STREET IRREGULARS VOLUME 1 (Diversion Books). I play keys in my band, Island Apollo. I direct moving pictures with my film company, Invizium. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with my Bachelor of Arts in Radio-TV-Film. I am the Director of Music and Metadata Manager of Vision 1 Music and Music Supervisor of the Legacy Music Project.

Highlights:

I have recorded in Capitol Records Studio B with Producer Andy Johns (The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin).

My songs have been featured on Nickelodeon, CBS, KROQ, Fox Sports, NASCAR, Sprint, Disney, NFL, MLB, USA Network, E! Network, Delta Airlines, and more.

Sprint featured my band's song, Wait 'Til We're Young, in a national TV campaign.

Sobe featured my band's song, Walk Away, in an online campaign featuring Kate Upton.

I was one of the youngest performers to showcase original songs on Disneyland's Tomorrowland Terrace Stage.

 

My band has reached 1 million plays on Spotify for our single, Hold It Down.

My band won Orange County’s “Best Pop Artist” from the OC Music Awards.

Kirkus Reviews featured Baker Street Irregulars in a review.
